Shipping policy

Once a product is shipped and “delivered” MARSLASHES is no longer reliable for stolen or lost packages. Please contact the delivery carrier for further questions and concerns. MARSLASHES is not responsible for the time frame in which your package gets to you. The post office is responsible for when your package arrives at your door regardless of what type of shipping you selected. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages. 

International orders: we are not liable for any custom duty taxes or fees once your package has been handed off to the delivery services. Refused or unclaimed international orders will NOT be refunded. 

Shipping times - Orders will arrive within 2-8 business days upon shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time.
